A1. What is the standard packaging for mobile phone? The mobile phone we shipped usually come with outer box, standard charger, user manual as what you get from the mobile phone retail shop.
A2. Can anyone purchase products from online-wholesaler.com? Yes, anyone can purchase products from our Website. However, we do require all persons to register for a merchant login account. Of course anyone can sign up to become a member/customer of online-wholesaler.com and receive great discounts on our products but it is only to their advantage to resell our products for a profit. We hope that you as an individual can take advantage of our wholesale pricing to grow or even start your own business. Let us do all the work for you and PROFIT FROM IT!
A3. Do you sell other brands of mobile phone in addition to those advertised at your website? No. The brands we sell are shown on the pages on services. However, we still entertain request for any particular brands not listed in our list of brands. Please email us at sales@online-wholesaler.com and we will try our best effort to source for the brands requested.
A4. Will you be offering other brands in the future? Yes. We at online-wholesaler.com are committed to increase our product range so as to provide our customers/members better business opportunities. Our parent company is currently working closely with other suppliers to source for other brand names.

A5. Are the mobile phone sold at Online-wholesaler.com brand new? The mobile phones sold at online-wholesaler.com are brand new and unused.
A6. Can I check to see if a product is in stock before I advertise it for sale? All of our products are posted online in our customers’/members’ area along with pricing and availability. If an item is currently out of stock or has been discontinued, we will have that information posted on our website accordingly. We do ask all our customers to pre-authorize any advertising campaigns that may require a large volume of a particular brand to be distributed. For example: An advertising campaign designed and distributed to millions of people may generate a need for several thousand units of a particular brand or item. In this case, kindly check with us to arrange the availability of such products within the required time frame. Our sources require this of us, and we would also require this from you. Again, we will work as a team and do all we can to accommodate your needs and see to it your items are available when ordered.
Although we do stock a large quantity of stocks readily available to be shipped, we cannot guarantee 100% that a situation won't arise where an item may be out of stock. Having said this, rest assured that we have gone to great lengths to locate and establish good business relationships with most of the manufacturers and/or main distributors of the brands we carry.
It is part of our policy to always try and maintain a large supply on hand and you would usually not have to be concerned about a situation like this. However, we hope you understand that we do go well out of our way when necessary to be sure that we get your customers their goods shipped on a timely basis.
If a situation should arise and you have an order for a product that is currently out of stock, we will work with you diligently to accommodate your customer's needs and resolve the situation in a satisfactory manner.

A7. Do you require a minimum order amount or can I simply purchase one item at a time for my customers? We do require you to purchase a minimum order of US$1,000.00. However, we still acknowledge the fact that there could be new start-ups mobile phone retailers who may opt to order smaller quantities to sell to their customers, please feel free to contact us at sales@online-wholesaler.com to negotiate for lower minimum order amount as we are always open to discussion.
In short, we want to be able to provide you with the resources you would not normally be able to acquire. Order US$1,000.00 or order US$10,000.00, it's entirely up to your size of business and orders.
A8. Are you able to supply phone with language other than English, eg. German, French, Italian? Most nokia model can be installed with Italian, German, French and etc. If you need to install language other than English, we will be able to accomodate your request. Just specify in details on your language requirement and we will do our best to fulfill your requirement.

B. Payment
B1. Do I have to pay a fee to join online-wholesaler.com? No, you do not. The access to our site is free. You need not pay a fee in order to be a customer/member to make your purchases.
B2. How can I pay for my orders? What types of payments do you accept? Currently, we only accept payment via direct wire transfer, Western Union or Banker’s / Cashier Cheque (Please refer to our Payment page). The reason we do not allow payment by personal cheque or money order lies in the fact that it would slow down the timeliness of transactions between yourself and online-wholesaler.com. No waiting for cheques to process. Simply make your purchase and credit your profits! Please refer our payment info page for more details.
B3. Can I place an order by phone? No. You will need to fill out the Order Form in the Merchant Login pages to place your orders or you can also download the order form here. Back to top
B4. Will bank direct wire transfer expenses be charged to the buyer? Yes. All bank transfer expenses will be charged to the buyer. Please make out your bank transfer including the "Our Cost" caption to send the net amount without transaction costs charged to the addressee.
B5. I made out a wire transfer for my orders but I no longer want to be in the mobile phone business, can I obtain refunds for any credits available in my account? No. We do not allow refunds to be made. We recommend that you utilize all your credits maintained in your account to be mailed to your customers.
B6. I'm confused about how I pay for my mobile phone once I order it. How does your order process work? There ordering process is very simple. After you have logged into your Merchant Account, you can add items to your shopping cart and the total will be displayed along with a brief description of the items in your cart. Therefore, once all the products are ordered for a particular customer, you simply go to the checkout and fill in your Account information along with your customer's address and the mode of shipping for the products to be delivered. A confirmation number will be given to you once we have received your payment.
B7. Will I have access to my order history and customer data? All orders are processed through our database. All our customers have access to their individual information pertaining to their customers’ orders and status. You will be required to create a Merchant Login account for your personal shopping cart. Each time you would like to retrieve information concerning a previous order, you can login to your Merchant Account to access this information. Additionally, you will have the ability to print shipment information and tracking numbers (only applicable for those shipped via EMS Express Airmail). This becomes especially convenient when it comes to questions from customers concerning previous shipments.

C1. Why are the prices of the mobile phone sold at online-wholesaler.com considerably more competitive than your competitors? We have established good relationship with the local suppliers, therefore we are able to sell to you at the most competitive price. The products reach our customers without additional steps or overhead costs. In addition, we believe in building long term relationship with our customer, when you get to sell more we also get to earn more from your increased volume. Therefore, we rather focus on large volume than huge margin.
C2. Is there a set retail price I must charge my customers for their orders? No. This is your business and the price you wish to charge for a particular item is entirely up to you.

D2. Can I track my parcel by means of its number? Yes. The parcels can be tracked online via www.fedex.com. Please email us at sales@online-wholesaler.com if you require our price quotation for mailing your mobile phone to be delivered via other mode of shipping such as other courier companies. Alternatively, you can also instruct your designated courier company to ship from our warehouse to your customers of which the courier charges will be entirely borne by you. In this case, we would require your account number registered with the designated courier company. .
D3. Are there countries to which you do not deliver? No. The products sold at online-wholesaler.com can be purchased from any country in the world. This is up to the online retailer to decide who to sell to. Back to top
D4. Are the mailing times shown on the General Info-Delivery page guaranteed? Yes. However, sometimes there could be slight delay due to delayed custom clearance. We will do our best to assure you that your shipment will arrive on time.
D5. Is it common for the parcels or some of the packets to be stolen? No. We have yet to experience any of our parcels being stolen but we have in any case taken this event into consideration since we send products to all first world countries or developed countries..
D6. How do I know when my goods have been shipped and when it has received it? Once we have shipped your orders (within 48 hours upon receipt of your confirmed orders), we will accordingly update your merchant login account or send you an email.
A tracking number will be obtained once your parcels are shipped from our warehouse. This will confirm our shipping of the products you ordered. You can then track the package online.
