1. All shipment will be delivered via Fedex, DHL or EMS international 3-4 days with online tracking service.
2. Shipping cost is calculated based on per unit for major cities in these countries. Additional shipping cost will be charged for shipment to non major cities.
3. The above shipping cost include insurance coverage of US$100 per shipment, you can add insurance options to your customer as follows:
- Item value at US$300 and below – insurance cost US$6
- Item value at US$300-600 – insurance cost US$12.5
- Item value at US$600-1000 – insurance cost US$25
You may offer this to your customer so that they have the option to choose whether they wish to have the item insured when ordering.
4. The above shipping cost is calculated based on total weight not exceeding 500 gram per unit, if the product weigh more than 500 gram, additional shipping cost will be charged.
5. Bulk shipping will be entitled to discount ranging from 5% to 50% based on the amount ordered or total weight of products.
6. The product may be subject to import duty depending on the custom regulation of each country, customer is advised to find out their country custom regulation and is solely responsible for the additional custom duty under any circumstances.
7. We deliver our products worldwide except Indonesia, Nigeria and other parts of Africa.
