Agreement
You are bound by these terms & conditions once you become our reseller.
Amendments
We reserve the right to:
Update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; and
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents
Cancellation of Order
Please informed us as soon as possible for cancellation of order, please refer to the following scenarios for order cancellation:
- No additional fees will be charged for cancellation of order that has not been processed.
- We will charge a re-stocking fee of US$25 (each unit) for orders that has been processed but not shipped.
- We will charge a re-stocking fee of US$25 (each unit) plus all shipping expenses for orders that has been processed and shipped.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 days of receipt of returned goods subject to the condition of the item being received in good and resaleable condition. Please note that orders will only be considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from us, by email, that this has been done.
Payment
We require full payment upfront prior to shipment of the products. We currently accept the following payment options:
1. Wire Transfer - We have a number of bank accounts available in various countries for your convenience, please contact us for more details on the payment by wire transfer.
2. Bank Draft / Cashier Check - Payment by cashier check will need to be cleared prior to shipment. Clearance time could take up to 3-5 weeks depends on the draft/check issuers.
3. Western Union - With a network of 196,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 190 countries worldwide, you can quickly and easily transfer money to us regardless of where you are located.
4. Paypal (5% paypal fee will be charged) - We only accept paypal payment from verified paypal users & shipment must be sent to a paypal confirmed address. In addition, a deposit of US$1000 is required for payment made by paypal. If you do not wish to maintain a deposit with us, we can only ship the products 7 days after the order is made.
5. MoneyGram - Send money online or at a MoneyGram agent location near you. MoneyGram is a global leader in international money transfers and Travelers Express is the largest processor of money orders in the U.S.
6. Moneybookers - Most preferred mode of payment, no additional fee, no waiting time, we could ship your products within 2 days once the payment is received.
7. EMO - Highly recommended for US customer, instant payment mode, no additional fee and no waiting time, we could ship your products within 2 days once the payment is received.
Pricing
While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.
All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.
Shipping
All product will be shipped by fedex unless you requested other mode of shipment. All shipment can be tracked online via www.fedex.com. You will be given a fedex tracking no when the shipment is processed. Shipping cost is calculated based on per unit depending on the destination. All shipment will be covered for US$100 for insurance, if you require high insurance coverage, please obtain a shipping quote from our customer support or email us at sales@online-wholesaler.com.
We ship to any country worldwide except Indonesia, Nigeria (as well as other part of Africa), Philippines and China. If you are from any of the above countries, please do not send us any email.
Custom Clearance
Reseller is solely responsible for all custom charges including VAT or other custom expenses. Reseller is advised to find out more about your own country importation before ordering.
Warranty
Our products will be covered with 1 year limited warranty for manufacturer defects, however, reseller will need to pay for full shipping cost for all product returned for repair/replacement. Reseller will pay for any repair/damage that is not covered under warranty or when warranty period has lapsed for the repair.
